The Butterfly Loom View 3
It takes less than 10 minutes to warp the loom for most projects. Once the warp threads are in place, they can be tightened using the built-in thread tensioner shown in the detail image.
A wooden dowel stored in the side of the loom (see third detail image) is used to adjust the tensioner. All the elements of the loom are self contained. There are no parts to keep track of or misplace when the loom is not in use.
The second detail images shows the circular compartment where the nuts and bolts used to expand the loom are stored when the loom is in its compact incarnation.
